My name is Alicia and I'm a Chinese Canadian makeup artist in Toronto. I graduated from the RTA Media Production program at Toronto Metropolitan University and completed my graduate certificate program in Advanced Special Effects, Prosthetics and Propmaking at Sheridan College in 2024. I specialize in TV and film makeup and also do hairstyling and men's grooming upon request. 
 
 I have been a makeup artist since 2016, and have been a film technician since 2020. In 2019, I completed the intensive Advanced Editorial makeup course with Make Up For Ever's Academy in SoHo, New York City. In 2021, I was privately certified by a local Toronto beauty salon for brow and lash services.
 
I'm incredibly lucky to be able to do my dream job, and those who work with me can tell that I love my craft. I do this because I enjoy making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves, and I am a visual storyteller who loves to express myself through makeup artistry. I love watching a variety of TV shows and movies and incorporating their stylistic approaches to my own creative work. I am also a pretty decent home cook and beauty content creator.
