My name is Alicia (I also go by Alli) and I'm a Chinese Canadian makeup artist in Toronto. I graduated from the RTA Media Production program at Toronto Metropolitan University, and am currently completing my graduate certificate program in Advanced Special Effects, Prosthetics and Propmaking at Sheridan College. I specialize in TV and film makeup and also do hairstyling and men's grooming upon request. 
 
My strengths aside from makeup include project management and personal grooming services, including brow shaping and lash lifts. I have been a makeup artist since 2016, and have been a film tech since 2020. In 2019, I completed the intensive Advanced Editorial makeup course with Make Up For Ever's Academy in SoHo, New York City. In 2021, I was privately certified by a local Toronto beauty salon for brow and lash services.
 
I'm incredibly lucky to be able to do my dream job, and those who work with me can tell that I live, die, and breathe my craft. I do this because I love making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves, and I am a visual storyteller who loves to express myself through makeup artistry. I'm a huge fan of Studio Ghibli films and take artistic inspiration from Miyazaki's dream world to incorporate into my own life where I can. I am also a big home chef, craftmaker and beauty content creator. This is all about me, and I would love to meet you!
